Optimizing the visibility of a natural health practitioner's website requires a technical, human, and sensitive approach. In 2025, I supported Anne-Sophie Dolhem , a naturopath and reflexologist based in Buis-les-Baronnies (Drôme), in improving the SEO performance of her website annesophiedolhem.fr .

Steps of optimization
1. Audit and prioritization of content
I first carried out a complete audit : tags, structure, internal meshing, readability of texts, semantic density.
The result: a clear site, but with insufficiently exploited content, overly generic tags, and little-developed local visibility.
2. Local Page Optimization
I worked on the home and presentation pages with a dual objective:
integrate specific local expressions into tags and paragraphs,
structure each page around a single, clear axis : naturopathy, reflexology, sophrology.
3. Creation and rewriting of high-potential content
Several articles have been optimized or written to target queries such as:
thyroid and menopause ,
stress and hypertension ,
anti-stress diet ,
premenstrual syndrome (PMS) .
These pages respond to frequent searches, while respecting a professional editorial line , without over-promises or vague formulations.
4. Technical structuring and networking
Each page has been reviewed to:
